Resolution: Fixed
The attached patch was merged with HAMA-244's patch and was committed. Now, job
manager achieves the below two features among three features that was planned.
Only two features earlier are committed because they are very essential.
* BSPMaster is responsible to manage jobs submitted by clients.
* BSPMaster is responsible to control job progress and BSPPeers actions.
