BSPPeer was solely tested as a part of the prototype. BSPPeer plays a role to
execute a given program and synchronize intermediate data with other BSPPeers
during barrier sync step. Now, we have BSPMaster and GroomServer, so
GroomServer will manage one or multiple instances of BSPPeer.
