I've just changed as reported on http://incubator.apache.org/projects/hama.html
Personally, I was nominated contributors as a committer candidate even if they
didn't contribute as much as enough, and added all to encourage them to make an
active contribution. But, as you know, our project committers are currently
very inactive after become a committer. There is no any contribution, vote,
review for several months or years!
I prefer add only PPMC member on the list. samuel and you aren't PPMC member
yet.
