Based on the revision r1058109, InterServerProtocol was divided into MasterProtocol and WorkerProtocol, performing BSPMaster and GroomServer execution respectively. To my best of knowledge, HeartbeatResponse is not used as well. It seems that removing this two classes is safe since they are not longer used.
