Test plan for the release

Hi all,
I think it'd be good to provide a test plan in which one can choose/add
his/her environment (Win/*nix/Mac) and use case (local machine/rack/# of
nodes).
This would give the actual release candidate (being voted) a proper and
validated feedback.
What do you think?
