Not very sure if this is an issue only on my system or not. I update (svn update) src to the latest trunk and notice that each time when executing e.g. ant package, the setting such as hama-site.xml under conf folder will be clean out, which is a bit inconvenient. Is there any chance to leave the setting there if it's modified?
