Great, I commit the changes this evening.
Note for me:
Profiling told me that finding the lowest vertex in the distance vector d will
take much time. (in my current example cause of a full vertex scan in memory,
in the real example this requires a full table scan in HTable)
Maybe storing a master local vertex id for the current minimum will reduce the
overhead...
