As we discussed on the mailing list I added the check if the
"bsp.master.address" property is set to "local".
And the use of the customization of the working directory. It will now use the
value of conf's property "bsp.local.dir" as the working directoy.
Submitting it to hudson when the stuff is fixed in the other issue.
