I'm really surprised how clean you made it ;)
BUT I would suggest to sub-package the graph package with a sssp and a pagerank
package to distinct between them.
I also tried running it on my laptop and it works fine.

I'm later going to evaluate the distance in the downloadable SSSP file:

Can you check the distance between startnode 'Klewno' and 'Oudijk' in other way?
