That was the issue originally related to spawning bsp peer as a separate
process, which concurrently executes its computation. And previously we did not
wait until its execution is finished so the groom server would report bsp peer
finishes its task after process is spawned. This feature now is not required in
my viewpoint, unless other demands for different purposes otherwise.
