I plan to rework the local runner a bit, but currently we are still discussing
about HAMA-258 on the mailing list. So I would wait until we have a final
checked in version and the task is closed.
We now have a pluggable synchronization service, so I can remove the own
implementation of BSPPeer. Once we have integrated the I/O in the peer, we can
use the BSPPeerImpl, but just with another sync service.
This will reduce our duplicate code, and we don't need these "Thomas please fix
the localrunner" tasks in future.
