This patch adds partitioning.
Please have a look at it :)
There is a testcase called "TestPartitioning" I verified that it is working
with the local runner (I'm so glad it is running again :P) and I would be very
happy if you can give me feedback to this patch!
BTW: Can we include a textfile for this testcase?
And I added a lot of new input formats.
