It's a problem with the dangling node "youtube.com". It still has the pagerank
from the beginning of the computation which is 1/7=0.1428.
Why is he never updated?
No one is sending a message to youtube.com because it has no inlinks and so he
will never calculate a new pagerank for youtube.com.
