This is caused by RDoc using the most awful markup system ever designed. Apparently
# === \ # is different than # === \ # Can't see the difference? That's because the only difference is that the second one has a space after the backslash. Anyway, the issue is fixed and should be visible in the public docs momentarily. We'll be migrating away from RDoc before 2.2 is released.
