I guess this question is mostly directed at hampton and nathan... the docs specify that calling out attributes like ":color" is the "old" way, whereas calling them out as "color:" is the "new" way.
Personally, I vastly prefer the old way. It lets me quickly determine whether a line is an attribute declaration or a nested selector. So here's the question, if my preferred way is considered "old," is it slated for deprecation in the future? I'd really hope not.
