A variation on Brad's excellent suggestion: "Compass takes the pain out of CSS... even the pain you didn't realize existed."
I also like the quote on the Sass page: "Sass makes CSS fun again. Sass is CSS, plus nested rules, variables, mixins, and more, all in a concise, readable syntax." A little off-topic, but I went to http://www.sproutcore.com/what-is-sproutcore/ to find out what it actually IS: "SproutCore works by doing the only thing that can truly eliminate the latency problem: it moves your business logic to the client." That just sounds like a bad idea...
