Yeah, I'm using /tmp on create/update to write the CSS file from scss/
sass input, but I'm not sure I would trust it for the @import.  But
perhaps on each update/create I could start by writing all of the
available partials for a specific site from the database to the /tmp
directory so they are available for that request.  Sounds ugly but
might actually work.  Hmm.
