I'm also having this same problem. Same OS as "the cliff" above.

I have some output:
C:\>sass --watch C:\wamp\www\nestablish\httpdocs\media\t1\scss:C:\wamp
\www\nesta
blish\httpdocs\media\t1\css

It detects the changes, but the files have not been changed.
