so i was looking for a selector tag which is invoked for all browsers
save for ie

/[if !IE]

its also mentioned that its not valid .. but there was still mention
that the support for  " ! " was added into master...

if the  '    /[if !IE]   '  tag doesn't fire for anything .. what
function was added with the " ! " recognition .. and in what version
of HAML?
