Oh, I've got your point! The reason is it doesn't translate internal markup of the page, but explicit HTML, like the snippets on this page: http://twitter.github.com/bootstrap/scaffolding.html Perhaps, I need to specify it more clearly at the extension description, it is, indeed, not very obvious.
