Depending on the layout of the site, you might be able to use a wireless repeater. I've used 3 in various places, all Edimax EW7206APg devices[1], relatively easy to set up and just need a mains socket somewhere nearby. You set it into repeater mode and put it somewhere where it can 'hear' the broadcast station well and also 'see' the receiving station clearly. I once had a network with two of the repeaters in a chain which still seemed to work. It also has a proper aerial socket if you want to connect a decent aerial and it has the option to become an AP etc etc. HTH, Peter [1] £25 from Dabs (Quick link 4PK4) -- Please post to: [email protected] Web Interface: https://mailman.lug.org.uk/mailman/listinfo/hampshire LUG URL: http://www.hantslug.org.uk --------------------------------------------------------------
