I rang Vodafone to get a PAC. They put me through to the retention department. As soon as I mentioned GiffGaff, the girl on the other end of the line stopped trying to retain the contract, & mentioned how she was tempted by the same deal... Incidentally - if anyone wants a GiffGaff SIM, just send me an address. I get paid if you activate them.
