The link you provided isn't an online benchmarking tool - it's the documentation for a benchmark function you can run in a Matlab installation. There's an online 'try this example' thing on each docs page, but that runs on a container somewhere 'in the cloud', so it doesn't tell you anything about the performance of the computer you're viewing the docs on.
