It's very easy.  You just let the female and male in the cage together, and nature takes care of the rest.  If you have teddy bear hamsters make sure you only leave them together long enough to mate or your female will kill your male.  Good luck.  Remember you can not sell the hamsters without being a propper sales venders  in you state.  Be sure before you mate them that you have good homes planned for the offspring.  Or you'll soon be overrun with hamsters.
