Hi everybody, apparently the people from the tzdata (Time Zone) package don't
want to pay to much attention to our request of changing the old name of our
city("Saigon") into a more official and correct one. (Let's not discuss
politics now).
It could be an small detail, but crazy enough for some government worker to
say NO to a massive migration into the government computers.
You can hurry Ubuntu team to fix it (with your help it will ready for Hardy)
