Hopefully it will improve in Hanoi as well as of today. Now I'm paying for 2Mbps but getting a maximum of 100Kbps downloading from international sites. Vietnamese sites are must faster so the problem seems to be that VNPT hasn't (bought?) enough bandwidth on the overseas cables. FPT at my office is much faster irrespective of site.
