Yes !!! Ubuntu "Hardy Heron" 8.04 has been released already! :-) Please download it using the bittorrent protocol so we can all share our bandwith and make the downloads faster for everyone included ourself. :-)
Some examples of bittorrent clients: transmission (graphic, light), deluge-torrent (graphic, large), rtorrent (console, very light but still very powerfull), bittornado and bittorent. I've just launched bittorrent download & share (upload ports opened) on 2 servers in Hanoi (different links), 1 in Danang and 1 in HCMC.
