David, It's Hanoi Beer Factory Restaurant, isn't it? It's in Hoang Hoa Tham, all who stays in Hanoi must know.
Anyway, drinking there at 19.00 seems quite late, as Hanoians normally pass by there one or two hours earlier :-) Fresher beers and better food :-) Anyway, it's up to you. There's a funny story about that place during difficult times in Hanoi (5-10 years ago). Many guys after finishing their works, drive their bike passing by the Hanoi beer factory gate, stop there, one leg on the pavement, one leg on the bike. Call for the beer, finish it, then back home :-) Did you ever see that kind of "open source" spirit of drinking bia hoi there. Great day, all. Binh.
