Yes; I'm currently writing some guides on illegal software to be sent 
out to the NGO community.  If anyone can recommend any known guides on 
migration to FOSS (Any in Vietnamese would be great).  I'll advertise 
the SFD 2008 event through the community and publish it within our news 
letter.  I would love to participate however, I may be going to a 
Development (ICT) bootcamp in Cambodia on the same day.  I'll start 
contacting a few people within the NGO community to represent us and 
provide a presentation.
