However, when I got JC's revelation that the extension does nothing to a Unicode document I know exactly what to do: just open a non-Unicode document and then triger the OvniConv converter. This behavior is understandable at the moment. Make the conversion function works first, then comes the improvement and/or optimization. Popup dialog to let users know if it fail or succeed...
