I think this maquette cannot be used to get approval from the list, like a blank check ! You should send the real maquette if you want to get any approval, and only after print it. I think it is better to use the graphical chart (logo, template, etc) provided by the web site www.softwarefreedomday.org, just like we did by using their poster's template. By doing so, it show that Vietnamese team are truely a part of this global event in the same line of spirit. Other thoughts when looking at such a poster : I would be an outsider I would expect to find a lot of intersting (commercial) event in a very very large space. I am not sure that the IFI compound can provide for enough facilities to keep the promises from that poster. I think it is necessary that you come to work concretely at IFI for the requirements. About the content to appear on the poster, you should also mention the role of hanoilug.org. Intel is also not the only sponsor of the event. So far, AUF through the C3LD project and through IFI facilities made available is making the event possible at IFI. This should be reflected in the content.
