For an official, with very precise borders, Vietnamese's government
endorsed version, yes, most probably.

But we don't always require such an official version just for a web
image map or other simple unprecise usage like this.

You could also try to contact the “Vietlong” Wikipedia user who put
this nicer one online to get an SVG version:
