At virror.hanoilug.org homepage! ;-) You only need to know which APT sources to use and they are all there. But if you want to use it for multiple computers in a local network, I would recommend to set-up a web proxy/cache like Squid, or even to set-up a dedicated cache for APT like apt-cacher-ng. With both these solutions you can intercept APT requests and redirect them to your local cache which will speed up updates drastically. Some time ago I wrote some example of web request interception/ redirection with Squid. This is here: http://wiki.auf.org/wikiteki/Squid This way, you don't even need to change anything on the local clients. This is what is used at CNF (or any other AuF office I manage).
