November (visiting my daughter in France).
[Very very very off topic], I have been to Dong Van - Meo Vac before,
there is no way anyone can cycle up there, the mountain are steep and
have tight curves, and long too. It took me 12 hours to travel from Ha
Giang city -> Dong Van -> Meo Vac with motorbike, cycling is just
impossible.
