I was suspecting this ACL as this is the only one with a
case-insensitive match. But maybe the same codepath is used when
matching header names.

While in gdb, you are likely to be able to do, but I can't say exactly
how. Just with the information you provided, I think other people are
more likely to pinpoint the ACL triggering the code path you get and the
cause.
Of course, you can also comment all ACL one by one until crash
disappear. This would also help.
