Ideally we should submit it once we have a public server with it. There are still low-level issues that Fred and Amaury are working on before this can happen, but based on the progress I'm seeing on the interop page at https://interop.seemann.io/ I definitely expect that these will be addressed soon and that haproxy.org will be delivered over QUIC before 2.6 is released :-) Willy
