Thanks Tim, I applied all of your patches.
On a side note, I noticed on the rendered doc output that keywords in
the "See also" section are not highlighted with a link. Maybe because
quotes are missing around.
Indeed, historically, everywhere else in the documentation, keywords are
surrounded by quotes. The parser is quite lazy and detects only such
keywords. This also prevents false-positives.
That said, thanks for your efforts to adapt the documentation so that I
don't have to update the converter code, as I really don't find time to
maintain it :)
