this is error message i got when i start haproxy
Available polling systems :
     select : pref=150,  test result OK
Total: 1 (1 usable), will use select.
Using select() as the polling mechanism.
[ALERT] 021/101057 (14503) : Starting proxy http: cannot bind socket

Hello,

You can't run two applications(webserver and haproxy) on the same 
port(and IP).
