which version ? One such issue was found and fixed in 1.3.20. Also, in
Miguel's case, it happens that some link load-balancing was causing
packets to be reordered and the server on the other side to send an
RST too fast (it closes then sends an RST, but the RST is received
before the last packet due to the link LB).
