With the recent announcement of haproxy v1.5-dev1 with it's new
features that I'm sure people will want to test, I'll be bringing the
port net/haproxy-devel in line with it's name, ie: development.

This will cause a leapfrog of the main haproxy port as the version
changes from v1.3.x to the new v1.5 development branch.

The change will be submitted at the end of the month (August 31/2010)
and also will hopefully have a /usr/ports/UPDATING message included.
Hopefully people are reading that file before starting port updates of
major versions. :-)

Couple of things that will be cleaned up:

 - compilation updates (port used the old Makefile.bsd file
   which is unneeded now)
 - port options usage to select PCRE libraries if wanted.
 - updated rc.d file taken from net/haproxy port
 - dependencies now listed!

Please switch to the main port (net/haproxy) if you want to remain on
the non-development branch of haproxy - it really is good and is
stable for production usage!

Cheers,
  Ross.
