Hello,
We use haproxy in a high volume site and have noticed that connections
are dumped every 5mins because haproxy thinks the backends are
unavailable. Here is a typical log entry:
Sep 24 13:45:12 web01.int.s-cloud.net haproxy[24153]:
10.12.22.101:11537 [24/Sep/2010:13:45:10.688] live live/<NOSRV>
0/2004/-1/-1/2005 503 1933 - - sQ-- 605/601/601/0/0 0/845 {sou} {}
"GET /andreknubel/following HTTP/1.0"
This happens like clock work every 5 mins and last for about 5-15 secs
then things go back to normal.
From haproxy.conf:
mode http
balance roundrobin
retries 3
timeout connect 500ms
timeout client 30s
timeout server 30s
timeout queue 2s
Anyone have any suggestions?
