Add `sendproxy = yes` in you stunnel configuration file, and the keyword `accept-proxy` on the bind line in your haproxy configuration file. Voilà, you're set ! As for the interaction with unix sockets, they are orthogonal patches AFAIK. I use the proxy protocol but not the socket protocol.
