NOSRV 503 errs

Hi all,

I do have such log in haproxy:
passenger_proxy passenger_proxy/<NOSRV> 0/-1/-1/-1/0 503 212 - - SC--
136/136/136/0/0 0/0 

can anybody help me to understand how to figure out this issue and where
to dig ?
