Hi,
When speaking about virtualization, there are so many factors to take
into account.
- which hypervisor are we speaking about ?
VMWare ESXi 5.0
- what phisical NIC are using?
Broadcom Corporation Broadcom NetXtreme II BCM5716 1000Base-T
- have you reserved both CPU and memory resources dedicated to the LB VM?
Yes
- 2 vCPUs may be counter-productive, try with a single one
- what kind of platform is this, which protocols, etc...
FreeBSD based, PFSense 2.0
- some top command output may be interresting too
