Hi, Indeed METH_OPTIONS is already an ACL by itself, so you can't include it in an other ACL. When listed at the end of your ACL, it was just understood as a possible path_match option.
As Jonathan said, just use the implicit "AND" between ACLs when listed after a directive using them. Cheers
