We've all seen them from time to time. Normally they mean that the
ML could not reach your server for some time and that everything
went fine again. We tried hard to disable these messages but did
not succeed :-(

I don't know what else to say, I think the annoyance is not that
big (at least on my side and from what is reported) compared to
how useful the ML is. I'm used to get far more noise on some other
MLs I'm subscribed to. I don't know what others think.
