Logging based on acl ( for debbuging purpose and testing of acl)

The ideal thing would be an "action" to do that like:

So perhaps it exist another way ?

Still working on acls and discovering the wonders of it. I was trying to do some logging to test acl and log request based on this. This way when ok you just change the "action" from log to reject or whatever and your acl is on. I was unable to find a way to log request based on ACL this way so my guess would be to double all my backends and put an acl on the front to choose a backend that logs while the other do not, but this seems tedious and some case where the acl is in the backend do not seems covered by this approach.
