They've been converted by hand a long time ago and have never been updated since. It's nice that they're now closed, they will avoid people getting confused. The only up-to-date HTML version is the one automatically produced each night by Cyril Bonté's "dconv" utility here : http://cbonte.github.io/haproxy-dconv/ All other ones you will find are outdated, incomplete and/or wrong.
