I had read the documentation for the http-server-close option several times, but for some reason I skipped or misunderstood the part saying: > while keeping the ability to support HTTP keep-alive and pipelining onthe > client side The introduction also clearly states: > Use "option http-server-close" to preserve client persistent connections while handling every incoming request individually This option is exactly what I was looking for.
