If you can reproduce it and perhaps even "git bisect" it, that would help a lot (but probably in tunnel mode, since keep-alive mode is not available in older releases indeed). You said that one of your backends is exchange 2012. What release are the other ntlm-auth backends exactly and is the issue the same on all of them? Regards, Lukas
